The "locals vs foreigners" debate usually gets messy in the comment sections. But a new pilot project in East Coast took that conversation offline and into a room with 24 people. Over four weekends, a mix of Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners sat down to tackle the heavy stuff, like anxiety over jobs and national identity. The goal was to move past the tension and actually find common ground. It’s a step towards understanding the people you might be working alongside or living next to.
