PacificLight is moving ahead with a new power plant, but the "receipts" they’re using to prove it’s eco-friendly are looking a bit dated. Experts are calling out the project’s environmental study for using data from 2012 to claim that our marine environment will be fine. If we’re serious about protecting Singapore’s biodiversity, we can’t be making big industrial moves based on information from a decade ago. Should companies be required to update their environmental data every few years?
